Why The USA fails to destroy fanatic Muslims and how this contributes to building the morale of the fanatics

The United States of America  does not realise :
1) That when you enter a battlefield in an enemy home land their values are different.
2) In war you are ruthless; the enemy has no human rights
3) In an enemy homeland civilians are also the enemy / potential enemy
4) Kindness = weakness in a war

They have already demonstrated that they are scared to send in foot soldiers . The fanatics have realised this.
They have already shown that they have no courage to use their Nuclear arsenal and wipe out Muslim rogue countries like Pakistan. This has encouraged Iran who is playing by different rules. They still believe that all is fair in war.
How can the USA  ever win?  It will become an Islamic country eventually
